Rolling Service Fire Doors

Models 630 / 631 / 634 / 635

FireKing® fire-rated rolling service doors deliver exceptional protection in environments requiring a listed and labeled fire door system. Common uses include factories, warehouses, mills, distribution centers, and parking garages, with custom designs available for conveyor openings. Each door includes an innovative floor reset mechanism that allows for easy drop testing and mechanical reset — no special tools required. Optional safety features like Fire Sentinel® and FireLite® vision lites are available.

Ideal for projects requiring fire ratings up to 3 hours, the model 630 is made for mounting in masonry, steel, or wallboard. Available in galvanized or stainless steel (18-, 20- or 22-gauge) with flat or curved slats, and around 200 powder coat color options, it provides both durability and architectural appeal.

The model 631 is built for cost-effective fire protection where safety and efficiency are top priorities. Constructed of 24-gauge steel, it carries a UL label up to 3 hours for openings up to 152 sq. ft. (14.1 sq. m), with optional oversize labeling for larger doors under 12′ (3658 mm) in height.

The model 634 provides the highest fire rating available, with certification for up to 4 hours on openings to 152 sq. ft. (14.1 sq. m) and UL oversize labeling for areas as large as 683 sq. ft. (63.4 sq. m).

The model 635 combines insulation, fire protection and sound control in one system — eliminating the need for separate fire and insulated doors. It meets UL, FM, New York City and California (CSFM) code standards, with an optional “S” smoke label with up to 4-hour UL label. These doors offer up to a 4-hour rating on masonry, concrete and steel walls, and up to 3 hours on non-masonry walls, showcasing their versatility.
